What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, the project type and your message. We do not collect anything else.

How it is used

Form submissions are sent by email to DLS Electrical through our email provider so we can respond to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.

Website analytics

We use a cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate visit data only. It does not store your IP address or use persistent identifiers, and it works without a consent banner.

Retention and access

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox until we delete them and are only seen by DLS Electrical. To request access to or removal of your information, contact us using the details on the contact page.
