There are three things you hope to get from a supplier: good product, high quality planning and installation, and good after sales service. Sometimes you get one out of three, if you are lucky you get two. Over the past twenty years we have been using Damien and his team at DLS Electrical, we have consistently received all three.
A great example is the most recent work: planning, installing and after-sale servicing our solar panel, inverter and battery storage system. Damien's research ensured we had the best combination of products, which were expertly installed in the right location to maximise our payback benefit. Damien then monitored our system to ensure small program changes were made to optimise the system operation.
This standard of service might surprise some people, but I am not surprised any more, because it is what we always get from DLS.
